Mary M. Simses

Mary has been practicing law for over twenty years, primarily in the areas of real estate and contract law.
Mary received a Bachelor of Science, summa cum laude, from the University of Bridgeport in 1977 and received her Juris Doctorate, summa cum laude, from Western New England College School of Law in 1983. Mary is admitted to the practice of law in Connecticut and New York. Mary also holds a Florida real estate sales associate’s license.
Prior to joining the law firm of Simses & Associates, Mary spent fifteen years with Prudential Real Estate & Relocation Services in Valhalla, New York, where she held both legal and non-legal positions. In her role as Assistant General Counsel, Mary provided legal advice, to all levels of company management, on a variety of areas including real estate, contracts, employment law, tax law, and litigation. She also managed a contract administration department, which was responsible for the preparation of all contracts between Prudential and its corporate clients.
Mary is a member of the Connecticut Bar Association and the New York State Bar Association.
Mary and her husband and law partner, Bob, live in Palm Beach with their daughter, Morgan.
