We assist clients by advising them of their duties and obligations when they serve as personal representatives, executors, or trustees of family assets. We counsel our clients on the appropriate implementation of the estate planning documents and on their fiduciary responsibilities. If a corporate fiduciary is involved, we serve as counsel to these professionals during the administrative process.
